The project involved the challenge of fully integrating various data interfaces, including the policy administration system, claims system, exchange rate system, and a paperless system. Successfully navigating these challenges presented an opportunity to enhance interoperability and overall efficiency within the claims process.

To develop the platform, we conducted research by visiting insurance agents and relevant departments, allowing us to design an optimal user journey. The transformed design led to the creation of a comprehensive online service portal where agents, brokers, staff, and customer service representatives can view pending follow-up items at a glance and track the progress of customer requests. Furthermore, the system is designed for easy maintenance through a parameterized setup by different groups of authorized users, requiring minimal customization.
